The
EMBASSY
Private Mansion Experiences
Brisbane · Gold Coast — By Invitation Only
The first evening — 24 October 2026
What The
Embassy is.
The Embassy is a private evening series held in mansion residences across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. One room, one night, and a guest list composed by hand.
We are not a club, a venue, or a ticketed event. We are an invitation extended to the right people, and an evening that exists only for those who accept it.
Invitation Only
By invitation.
By exception.
The Embassy is entered by invitation. A place cannot be bought before it is offered — you are considered first, and welcomed second. Once an invitation is extended, a contribution confirms your place and the arrangements made for you.
Luxury Mansions
The residences.
Each Embassy evening is set within a private estate, chosen for its architecture, its grounds, and its sense of arrival.
Every residence is selected privately, and revealed only to confirmed guests ahead of the evening. The address is never published.
What to expect
Indicative only. Actual residence revealed to confirmed guests.
The Evening
What to expect
on the night.
Seven o'clock
One room, deliberately mixed — industries and circles that rarely overlap, together for a single evening.
Food & drinks
Served throughout, with drinks from our partner houses.
Dress
Formal wear — a suit and tie, or an evening gown. The room is set by those within it.
Home safely
Every confirmed guest receives a ride credit toward the journey home, because no one leaves The Embassy driving.
The menu, the address, and the particulars follow your confirmation.
The First Evening
24 October 2026
The founding season opens with a single evening. The room is being composed now, one guest at a time, and the address will be known only to those within it.
Enquiries
Questions,
answered.
Invitations are extended at our discretion. You may submit a request for consideration below, and our team will be in touch should there be a place for you.
No tickets are sold, and no payment will secure a place that has not first been offered. The Embassy is invitation only: a request is considered, and an invitation extended at our discretion. Once it is, each evening carries a contribution — settled privately with our team — which confirms your attendance. The contribution follows the invitation. It never precedes it.
Should your request be accepted, our team will be in touch privately to confirm your place. Each evening carries a contribution, settled at the point of confirmation, which secures your attendance and the arrangements made on your behalf.
Within private residences across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. The location is shared only with confirmed guests, ahead of the evening.
Yes. Each evening carries a refined dress code, communicated to guests in advance. The room is set by those within it.
Your details are used to consider your request and to contact you about invitations and events — nothing else. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. It is held in our form and email systems, and reaches only the small number of people who run The Embassy and the service providers we rely on to operate it. You may ask us what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted at any time by writing to info@theembassybne.com. Our Privacy Policy sets this out in full.
Request an Invitation
Places for the first evening are limited. Requests close 10 October.
The Embassy is built around the people in the room. Tell us a little about yourself, and should there be a place for you, our team will be in touch.
Privacy Policy
Last updated 17 July 2026
The Embassy (“we”, “us”) hosts private, invitation-only events across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what you may ask us to do with it. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you submit a request for an invitation, we collect only what you give us:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your Instagram handle, if you choose to provide one
- How you heard of The Embassy
- Anything you write in the free-text “About you” field
- Your consent, and the fact that you gave it
Our hosting provider also records standard technical information — such as your IP address and browser type — as part of serving the site and preventing abuse. If your request is accepted, we may later collect information necessary to host you, such as payment details handled by our payment provider and any dietary or accessibility needs you choose to tell us.
Please do not send us sensitive information through the form. We do not ask for it and we do not need it.
Why we collect it
We use your information to consider your request, to contact you about invitations and events, and to make the arrangements for an evening you have been invited to. That is all. We do not use it for any unrelated purpose.
How it is stored
Requests are submitted through our website host and stored in our forms and email systems, along with a spreadsheet used to manage the guest list. Access is limited to the small number of people who run The Embassy. Some of these providers store data on servers outside Australia, which means your information may be held overseas — by submitting the form, you consent to that disclosure. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee against every risk, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing — including our event partners and sponsors. We disclose it only to the service providers we rely on to operate The Embassy (our website host, form and email providers, and payment provider), and only so they can perform that service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Photography and content at events
Our events are photographed and filmed. How that material may be used is set out in our Terms & Conditions, and is explained to you before you attend.
Access, correction and deletion
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@theembassybne.com and we will respond within a reasonable period, ordinarily within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first. In limited cases we may need to keep certain records — for example, where we are required to by law — and if we cannot action your request in full we will tell you why.
You may withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time by writing to the same address. If you do, we will stop contacting you about invitations and events.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, please write to info@theembassybne.com with the subject line “Privacy Complaint”. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.

Terms & Conditions
Last updated 17 July 2026
These terms apply to requests for an invitation to The Embassy and to attendance at our events. By submitting a request, you accept them.
Requests and invitations
Submitting a request does not guarantee an invitation. Requests are considered at our sole discretion, and we are not obliged to give reasons for any decision. No payment is taken when you submit a request, and no payment will secure a place that has not first been offered to you. An invitation is personal to you and is not transferable without our written agreement.
Contribution
If your request is accepted, our team will confirm your place privately. Each evening carries a contribution, payable at the point of confirmation. Your place is secured only once the contribution is received — until then, it is not held. The contribution covers your attendance and the arrangements made on your behalf for that evening. The amount is communicated to you before you are asked to pay, and may differ between evenings.
Cancellation and refunds
Our arrangements — the residence, catering, and staffing — are committed well in advance of each evening, and on the basis of a confirmed guest list. Accordingly:
- If you cancel more than fourteen (14) days before the evening, your contribution is refunded in full.
- If you cancel between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days before, half of your contribution is refunded.
- If you cancel within seven (7) days of the evening, or do not attend, the contribution is not refunded.
- If we cancel or postpone an evening for any reason, you may choose a full refund or a place at the rescheduled evening.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees. Where those guarantees apply and are not met, you are entitled to a remedy under that law regardless of anything stated above.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@theembassybne.com. The date we receive your email is the date of cancellation.
The residence
Each evening is held within a private residence. The address is disclosed only to confirmed guests, shortly before the evening. It is given to you for your attendance alone: please do not publish it, share it, tag it, or bring anyone to whom it was not given. We may change the residence where circumstances require, and will tell you if we do.
Dress code and conduct
Each evening carries a refined dress code, communicated to you in advance. We ask that you observe it.
We expect every guest to conduct themselves with courtesy toward other guests, our staff, our partners, and the residence and its contents. Harassment, intoxication to the point of disruption, illegal conduct, and damage to property are not tolerated. We may refuse entry to, or remove, any guest whose conduct falls short of this — without refund. You are responsible for any damage you cause.
Guests must be 18 years or over. We serve alcohol responsibly and may decline to serve any guest. Photo identification may be requested on arrival.
Photography and content capture
Our evenings are photographed and filmed, by us and by the partners we engage. By attending, you agree that we may capture your image and use that material to promote The Embassy — on our website, our social channels, and in material shared with our partners and sponsors — without payment to you and without a time limit. We will not use your image in a way that is defamatory or that implies an endorsement you have not given.
If you would prefer not to be photographed, tell us in writing before the evening or tell our photographer on arrival, and we will do our best to honour it. We cannot guarantee you will not appear incidentally in a wider shot of the room. We do not consent to guests publishing content that identifies the residence or its address.
Liability
You attend an Embassy evening at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for loss or damage to your property, or for any injury, other than to the extent caused by our negligence. Our liability is in any event limited to the amount of the contribution you paid for that evening.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time you submit a request is the version that applies to you.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Questions about them may be sent to info@theembassybne.com.
